We are the team of professional Mechanical Engineer backed by more than 15 year of work experience in R&D - Design and Development NPD in various reputed manufacturing industries in India.

The aim of this website is to develop the new generations of  Engineers with my experience and leanings, to strengthen the backbone of my country with help of new technologies. Since the education system is not very well versed to meet the competencies required to meet the industry needs. Therefore advanced information and study material/Training's are mandatory to survive and grow inside the mechanical/automobile industry.

These days the competition is quite more tough and the engineering syllabus is not up to date to have in line with the modern technologies. I will post new topics related to the Mechanical/Automobile industries to enhance the readers know-how as well as new trends in the industry.

I also continue to learn further by reading more books and self interested in shifting my focus from industrial age to information age, therefore adding more topics like social, business, economical under different tag names.
