Being from the engineering field, I have Team of engineers with a diverse engineering experience related to product design, 3D modeling, process design, process simulations, 2D Detail drawings, tool/die/gauge/fixture both 2D and 3D.

Services offered

We are offering the following services related to Mechanical product/process design and FEA analysis:

1. Product design

2. 3D Cad modelling

3. Detail drawings

4. Feasibility and blank calculations of sheet metal complicated parts by using Finite element analysis

5. Process design of sheet metal complicated parts

6. Tool design with detailed 2D drawings

7. Gauge or Jig/fixture design

Charges

Unlike others, we are working at very competitive process. The cost of any work is charged on hourly basis:

1. The per hour charges are $13.5/hour for any kind of work, the estimate of total work in terms of hours are calculated in the quotation form, prior to actual work.

2. The payment terms are 50% advance payment and rest 30% on completion of the task. The snap shot of the task would be shared as a proof of work and all final work/data to be submitted, up on releasing the rest of 20% payment.

3. In case of any revision in work, extra charges are applicable on hourly basis.

Changes in terms of service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
